Visit to the Air Force Academy

The students visited the Air Force Academy in Santiago de la Ribera (San Javier). They enjoyed a Military Parade, visited the Museum, did flight simulations and inspected the airplanes. Afterwards they had typical Spanish appetizers. You can see the pictures below. The students are waiting for the results of their test.

Working this morning.

The students have done second test. They are now resting in the hotel getting their voices reading for tonight. You can see the photographs taken this morning during the test to our researchers of the future.

2th abril... second test

Students are doing second test; hopes are in all the heads. We know that it's very difficult, but to be here is a prize, for all. Ilussions, dreams... and satisfaction of the good work done.
Teachers excited, are waiting results. They are tired of long nights of work... until daybreak. You can see here, their discussions of tests.

April 1 st. Wednesday... morning.

Meanwhile teachers have begun their discussions about second test... another long night are waiting. Students are resting at the hotel, thinking in the work of tomorrow. This afternoon they have free time to enjoy of the our sun and beach.
This morning we have visited Cartagena City Hall, National Museum of Underwater Archaelogy and Roman Theatre. We have had a very nice weather today.

What are doing?

Tuesday afternoon. The students of Group A, have finished de firs test. They are now enjoying whit sports on the beach: canoeing, sailing... an earned rest. Meanwhile, the second group is doing the test in the laboratories. They have visited this morning the Juan Carlos I, Secondary and High School in Murcia. We are sure that this night every body will enjoy doing the activities which are prepared tonight, but... these will so fun what previous?...

The second big day

Las night teachers and countries coordinators fihished their work preparing the fisrt Test at 6'30 am, a good time for to take a rest. In this moment de students of Group A, are working very hard in the University of Murcia. This afternoon will be the moment of Group B, good luck!. Last nigt was a funny moment for all students, doing different activities of animation in the CAR. Tonight will be a nice moment, to comment all the experience provided during today.
Meanwhile you can contemplate, the photos about the visit and official reception at Los Alcázares City Hall.

Monday afternoon

The weather got better, our European visitors, are enjoying a sunny afternoon today. They are having a short rest in order to be ready for tomorrow's test. Meanwhile our blog readers can see some pictures taken this morning during the Opening Ceremony. We hope you like them.

Intense morning today

This morning has been the team presentation at Social Center University of Murcia. After the academic authorities have chaired the opening ceremony. Now students are seeing a dancing show of The School of Performing Arts of Murcia and the Professional Conservatory. In the afternoon we'll go to inspect laboratories and materials.

An intense day is waiting to the EUSO 2009 participants: organizations, teachers, mentors, autorities...

The first photos of this afternoon

We can show you some photos of the work developed this afternoon, these are about the visit of the Los Alcázares City Hall. Everybody is now sleeping in their rooms, and resting for tomorrow ;-). We'll have a funny Monday with a hard, exciting and complet time-table, rest assured this.

This afternoon...

This afternoon will go at 18'30 hrs. to the Los Alcázares City Hall. There we'll have an oficcial reception by its mayoress. After the dinner we'll take part in differents sozializing activities until 23'00 hrs, and we'll preparate the intense day of tomorrow, when we'll can say that EUSO 2009 Olympiad begins whith all its strength. We hope show you all the photographs soon. Thank's for your colaboration, thanks for all.

LAST NEWS

Tomorrow, 30th of March, the Countries Coordinator of diferents delegations will be received , by the President of Regional Council of Murcia, Ramón Luis Valcárcel Siso, at ten o'clock a.m. in the San Esteban's Palace. After they'll go to the Teams Presentation an Opening Ceremony at Social Center University of Murcia.

EUROPE IS HERE...

Germany, Hungary, Netherlands... they follow arriving to the hotel. We can say that Europe is here for a week. Today begin an unforgettable experience. Mentors, students, helpers... this is a big family, this is Europe. A multitude of languages, a multitude of cultures... and only a marvellous continent. All united.

First the lunch...

First the lunch and after a break in a hard-working day. We hope to have a fun evening, enjoying of this tropical paradise.

We'll make the most of this night to get to know this city, its people, its beachs...

Tomorrow will be a new hard day... waiting monday.

EUSO 2009 IS BEGINNING

The first delegations have just arrived. Sweden, Latvia, Luxembourg, Belgium... Things are getting better and better. They all look very happy. We are going to have lunch now. See you later... We'll keep on informing. Bye...!

Beginning EUSO 2009

Next Sunday 29th March, all the EUSO 2009 participants will be welcomed

in Los Alcázares Town Hall by the municipal authorities. Later on, they will

have a dinner in a local restaurant and will also enjoy activities for the presentation of the different teams and delegations.
